1 class $12
5 classes $55 (expires 3 months after purchase)
10 classes $100 (expires 6 months after purchase)

n Classes may be paid for individually or you can purchase a class card. 
n Classes are open-level unless otherwise noted.
n First time students to The Sweat Spot should arrive 20 minutes prior to class to fill out registration card.
n Students will not be admitted to class after first 15 minutes of class starting.
n Payments are due prior to class.
n Only beverage allowed in dance space is H2O.
n No gum allowed.
n Video recording and photography are allowed with permission only.

Q: Shoes?
A: Are not required for most classes. Athletic Shoes are recommended for Groov3. 

Q: What level are the classes?
A: Classes are open-level unless noted.

Q: What if I've never taken a dance class before?
A: Perfect, our studio is for you. Check out our schedule of classes and look for the Beginner classes listed. 

Q: What age range?
A: Most of our classes are for the adult or young adult dancer (14+). We  offer kids classes throughout the week.  Click that nifty schedule tab to your left. 

Q: What to wear?
A: Comfortable clothing that allows you to stretch and move. Neon spandex optional. 

Q: Do I need to register for classes?
A: We do not currently offer pre-registration for classes. On your first visit to The Sweat Spot, you will be asked to fill out a short release form and provide an emergency contact. You will need to sign in for each class you attend.  

Q: Are class cards available?
A: Yes! Instead of paying each time you take a class, you can simplify your life by purchasing a class card. Available for 5 or 10 classes. Neat. 

Q: Where should I park?
A: Street parking only. There is metered parking on Sunset (2 hour) with free parking after 8pm and on Sundays. There is also free parking on nearby streets (Micheltorena, Descansco, and Golden Gate). This is Los Angeles! Please give yourself ample time to park.
